Welcome to the Geisinger St Luke’s hotline website. This portal is a communication channel for Geisinger St Luke’s team members, patients, visitors, vendors, and other stakeholders to report possible financial misconduct, conflict of interests, and other questionable conduct or activities. This portal is available 24 hours a day, and 7 days a week. All reports can be made anonymously and confidentially.

This is not an Emergency Service. If you are experiencing an Emergency and require Emergency Medical Care, call 911.

Reporting a concern is simple:

• We will ask a series of questions about what happened
• We will ask if we can contact you regarding this concern. If you do not want to provide your name, you can still communicate through this website using the incident number.
• When you submit your report, you will be given an incident report number. You can use the “CHECK STATUS” link below to check the status of your report.
• When you are ready to get started, click the “Report a Concern” link to be taken to the report page.
